“Computers are already smarter than human beings in many aspects,” he said, adding that while humans write AI software today, in the end the machine will do this itself.

马云认为，AI提供了很多就业机会。有了人工智能之后，人们一周工作三天就可以了。马斯克则认为可能最后存在的岗位就是AI程序员。

“I don’t worry about jobs,” Ma said on Thursday, making an optimistic case that AI will help humans rather than just eliminate their work.

He just pivoted to talking about how AI would make jobs “pointless” and the last job in the world would be writing more AI code. “Study engineering, physics, or art” was his suggestion.

Musk, for his part, stated that the advent of AI will likely make most jobs pointless. Considering AI’s evolution, Musk noted that the time will come when computers could eventually make their own software. With this in mind, it would be best for people to embrace areas such as engineering and fields of study that deal with human relations, as these will still be pertinent even in the artificial intelligence age.
